If we can call it a niche of the older technology, we can add this one into that era of the 1990s and early 2000s. This Dell Latitude E5430 laptop is the best option for those who love the VGA monitors along with optical discs and Express Cards. This solid laptop comes with the highest number of ports if we compare it to any other PC that has been launched in a while. The docking stations of this laptop are the same as the standard ones from Dell but you won’t need them all unless you are on the road all the time. If you have been using a low power laptop, you will be blown away by the Core i7 performance.
All the ultrabooks in the market with low power are nothing compared to this one. If you are a fan, you would know that the BenQ EX3501R monitor is one of the best-curved monitors.
Dell Latitude E5430 Design
We can say this Dell Latitude E5430 has an old-school design that makes it look like the ultimate business laptop with a dark grey surface. There is a silver bezel that bisects the surface of the laptop to give it a sleek and modern join. If you compare this one to the ultrabooks, the body is a little bulky as the size is 10 inches 14 by 1.28. If you are wondering why the body is like that, we are pleased to announce that the thickness is because of the expansion slots in the system. You will find a DVD drive with I/O ports that will be helpful if you still keep your data on a DVD. It is especially for those businesses that have archives of 1998 and they still want to keep it.
What we absolutely love about the Dell Latitude E5430 is that it has all the ports that were removed from the ultrabooks just to make them slim. It might not be slim but it has all the essential features that an old-school person would like to have. You will find a 3.0 combo port for eSATA/USB. There is also a dummy card in it that you can be double or shorten. And to keep up with the modern world, they have added all the essential modern ports that are needed nowadays like the HDMI, Ethernet, USB 3,0 port, and two of USB 2.0 ports like in the Dell Precision 5530 laptop.

This old school laptop is a reliable option if you are on a budget. This is great for a veteran user who loves older technologies with fast speed. It might not have the best battery timing and screen resolution but the classic ports and core processor makes it a good choice.
